User Agreement

This User Agreement (the "Agreement") governs your access to and use of the website onlywin-casino.bet (the "Website"), operated by 3-102-961232 LIMITADA (the "Company"), under licence ALSI-202606013-FI1 issued by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan. Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Website.

This Agreement, and any dispute arising from or connected with it or with the use of the Website, is governed by the laws applicable under licence ALSI-202606013-FI1 issued by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

The parties will first try to resolve any dispute in good faith through direct communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved in this way, it will be submitted to the courts or other bodies with competent jurisdiction under the applicable law.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
